Not all thrift stores are charities. Some thrift stores are operated by for-profit companies, yet they solicit donations under the name of a charity. If you aren’t sure about where your donation is going, become a regular contributor to Goodwill Industries. When you donate to Goodwill, you help people start new lives of independence by discovering the power of work.

Goodwill's retail shops provide a valuable community service to those seeking good value for their shopping dollar as well as the bargain hunter. The donation of merchandise begins the cycle of helping Goodwill prepare people for the workforce. Donated goods provide a means for individuals to gain valuable work experience through the donation process of transportation, sorting, grading and preparing items for sales in the stores.

Computer Recycling Program

Recycling your computer is good for the environment and provides jobs for persons with disabilities. All proceeds from the Computer Recycling Program will be used locally to fund Goodwill's mission.
